Christina Wommack was born in California but claims Texas as
home! She graduated with a B.S. from the University of Texas
at Arlington and obtained a J.D. from Texas Tech University
School of Law. Upon completing Law School, Christina worked
for a law firm in Dallas for 3 years before deciding to open
Greater Home Land Mortgage ("GHLM") with her husband Eric
Wommack.
Christina’s entire work
history is real estate related. She worked for a top
producer at a local real estate company for 2 years and then
went on to work at a title company for 2 years while she was
working on her undergraduate degree. After law school, she
went to work for a law firm which specialized in preparing
the closing documents for residential closings. This work
history made Christina’s transition to the mortgage business
a smooth one.
Christina works closely
with her husband, Eric. Together, they make an exceptional
team at GHLM. Christina has her broker license and manages
the day-to-day operations of GHLM.
Christina and Eric have
been married since 1996 and have 2 beautiful children.
When business allows, Christina and Eric enjoy traveling
with their family.

Email:
ericwommack@GHLM.com
Eric Wommack was born in
Missouri and moved with his family to Texas at the age of
eight. Eric grew up in Arlington but moved away to the big
town of Lubbock to complete his education. Eric graduated
from Texas Tech University with a degree in Real Estate
Finance.
Upon graduation and once in
Arlington, Eric took a job as a loan officer. In a very
short time he was a top producer. In his second year, Eric’s
loan volume exceeded $15 million and in 2001 his loan volume
exceeded $23.5 million.
In 2002, Eric started Greater
Home Land Mortgage. The doors have been open since
June 1st of 2002 and started with a staff of 3 employees.
Eric attributes his success
to his upbringing. You could say that Real Estate is in
Eric’s blood. He was raised in an environment where
mortgages and real estate were common in his household. His
parents are successful agents in the real estate industry.
By age 18, Eric purchased his first home. Eric obtained his
real estate license and worked as a realtor prior to
attending Tech. Eric’s extensive background in the industry,
combined with his specialized education and his uncanny
ability to put people at ease, have made him a success in
the mortgage business.
Eric says he is fortunate to
have a “unique perspective,” when it comes to the mortgage
business. “I have worn many hats so to speak. I have been a
first time homebuyer and know what it feels like to sit
across from a lender. It can be a very scary feeling. And, I
have also worked as a realtor and understand the
expectations of a loan officer handling a realtor client. It
is not enough to understand the needs of the different
players in a deal, the key is to go a step further and
provide what they need. Customer service is key.”
Eric’s philosophy on customer
service is that “quality is not only provided in products
you purchase in the store, it is also available with people.
I provide quality to my customers from start to finish
throughout the loan process. My customers know that no
question is unimportant, that I am available to them when
they need me and that I will deliver on what I promise.”
Eric works closely with his
wife Christina, who is also a loan officer at Greater Home
Land Mortgage. “The mortgage industry is very demanding upon
a person’s time and I am fortunate to be in a situation
where my wife not only understands these demands, she works
with me to satisfy them. I think the fact that we work
together gives me an advantage.”
Eric and Christina have been
married since 1996 and have 2 beautiful children.
Eric does not believe in
all work and no play. When business allows, he and his
family enjoy traveling together. When Eric and Christina
find time to vacation, they enjoy snorkeling and scuba
diving.

Robert Elrich was born in Arlington, Texas and graduated from
the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in
Accounting in 1995. Shortly thereafter, Robert obtained his
certified public accounting license.
As a CPA,
Robert worked for a local accounting firm in Lubbock, Texas,
while his wife attended law school at Texas Tech University.
After his wife’s graduation from law school, Robert joined
Arthur Andersen in Dallas, Texas as an auditor. Robert spent six
years in public accounting and then became an internal auditor
for Cadbury Schweppes.
In 2002,
Robert hung up his accountant hat and joined the Greater Home
Land Mortgage team as a loan officer. The entrepreneurial spirit
of Greater Home Land Mortgage spawned Robert’s move into the
mortgage brokerage business. Robert has found that his
accounting background provides a unique perspective into the
mortgage business. Robert is able to provide his clients with a
keen understanding of the whole financial picture.
Robert
approaches his business from the customer’s perspective. “By
thinking outside of the box, I am able to give my clients a
wider range of options for selecting a home mortgage. I am
committed to my clients. If the door is closed to them, I look
for an open window.”
Robert is
also committed to his family. Robert and his wife, Katherine,
have been married for over nine years and have made their home
in Dallas, Texas. They are active parishioners of St. Thomas
Aquinas Catholic Church. There, Robert has served as a
Eucharistic Minister and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Robert and Katherine are both members of their parish’s Young
Married’s group. In their nine years of marriage, Robert and
Katherine have added two dogs and four boys to their family.
Prior to
the days of children, Robert and Katherine enjoyed traveling
together. They frequently traveled to New York City where they
enjoyed Broadway shows and the hustle and bustle of the “City
that Never Sleeps.” The two have also been blessed to vacation
in Hawaii, Mexico, Florida and the Caribbean. But Robert and
Katherine’s favorite vacation spot is their yearly pilgrimage to
Hilton Head Island for Labor Day weekend. And in Robert’s
“spare” time, Robert likes to cycle and play golf.

conquers any concerns customers have about their mortgage.
Rob's customer service
philosophy is that "the challenge of diversity in every loan and
consumer counseling are the benefits of this career. My clients
are looking for an expeditious process and I provide
satisfaction and communication with every one of my loans.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and every customer
is equally important. Getting the customer into a home is
the ultimate goal and once they get into the home it’s the
greatest satisfaction that I can get as a loan officer!”
In his spare time, Rob enjoys
spending time with his lovely wife Tina and his two wonderful
daughters and riding his motorcycle when he gets the
opportunity.
